This week we talk to Jake Ducey about our purposeWhen Jake Ducey decided to quit and leave behind a college basketball scholarship and business school at 19, he had no idea that he would slowly become a leading voice for his generation. It was only three years ago that Jake sat in Economics 101, totally discontent with the state of his life, the direction his generation was heading, and the poverty of the world. After nearly dying in a car accident while drunk, he decided to take the last of his savings, drop out of school and travel the world.It wasn’t until Jake fell off a cliff in Indonesia and his life was saved by locals, that he realized all he was looking for was within him. As a result, he came back and wrote a book about his journey—Into the Wind: My Six-Month Journey Wandering the World for Life’s Purpose—which made the Amazon best-selling list, received acclaim from Jack Canfield and is now being turned into a film script for a major motion picture.
