Hello and Happy New Year! I really missed you, and I’m glad we get to spend time together again.

I am BACK baby! And I’m excited to get back in here from my unexpected hiatus last year. I had a very interesting time when I took a few months off from life (including the podcast) and discovered a new era of me in the process. In this episode, I want to share how a cheeky New Year Instagram post got me thinking about the audacity of expressing my authentic self.
