This week, Vastu expert Michael Mastro joins us to talk about Vastu Shastra - the mother of Feng Shui. We'll discuss the simplest ways to apply Vastu to enhance your life, raise your vibration and increase the flow of energy in your home or office.

First, though, let's define Vastu Shastra. Vastu means 'building' and Shastra means 'science'. So Vastu Shastra is the science of buildings.

In this episode, we talk about mainly about the mantras used in Vastu. Including:

A little but about the 9 planetary mantras
How chanting in the Northwest can support the harmony in your relationship.
What mantras you can chant to enliven the energies in your home overall.

We also go a bit deeper and discuss why mantras are important in the first place. Plus Michael shares the most powerful healing mantra, the Mrtuynjaya Mantra or the Healing Mantra, said to change the food we eat so it has healing properties when this mantra is chanted while cooking!
