Intuition, Manifesting, and the Moon with Sonia Choquette | S2 Ep 17

This week, we revisit a talk we had with the renowned spiritual teacher and Queen of Intuition, Sonia Choquette!

She is the #1 authority on intuition and spirit guides! She has impacted millions of people with her mission to help others "change the channel" from head to heart to help a more meaningful, authentic life.

We begin the episode with her practice "Sliding Home" where she guides us into opening our hearts. She emphasises the importance of quieting the mind - "When your heart opens, your spirit takes over. It reorients you back to what's important and what's real."

Sonia discusses how these steps to "Sliding Home" works and why we all need it to calm that "monkey brain" and reorient ourselves.

We also discuss Energetic Transmission, how the Earth is a school of manifestation, and how the Moon channels manifestation and translates it into physical being.

She touches on something very important - that we are here wanting to learn to manifest, that is the goal of incarnating in the physical form in the human experience. And there's no other place in the Universe where we physically manifest
