The Benefits of Molecular Hydrogen and Stem Cell Therapy

Dr. Mike Van Thielen discusses the benefits of molecular hydrogen and stem cell therapy in this episode of the Biohackher podcast. Molecular hydrogen is a selective antioxidant that can fight oxidative stress inside the cell and protect our DNA, mitochondria, RNA, and proteins. It also has anti-inflammatory effects and stimulates autophagy, which helps with health and longevity. Stem cell therapy, specifically using umbilical cord and placenta tissues, can repair and regenerate damaged tissue, making it stronger and more resilient. The benefits of these treatments can be seen in a few days to several months, depending on the condition being treated. Dr. Mike Van Thielen shares his top seven biohacking foundations. He emphasizes the importance of building a strong foundation before investing in expensive biohacking equipment. Dr. Mike also discusses the detrimental effects of electromagnetic radiation and provides tips for managing EMF exposure. He highlights the significance of mindset in achieving optimal health and longevity.
