#120: Justin Davis and Staff-Livingstone College

Sit back and enjoy hearing today's guest awesome story where he parlays two years as a volunteer college coach and two years as a middle school track coach into a head coaching position at Division 2 Livingstone College. Justin joins us to discuss how he developed as a head coach with a trial by fire mentality. We discuss mentors along the way and lessons learned. Then we're joined by his two assistant coaches; James Fakunle and Darius Bryson.

We learn their journey to Livingstone, what's got them excited about the future of the program, and even talk about false confidence as it relates to coaching, winning, and development.
