After suffering with IC (recurring bladder or urinary infections) for many years Joana, like many women, was told that the condition is incurable and prescribed a future of managing symptoms and discomfort. Refusing to succumb to this she embarked on her own holistic journey, healing her symptoms without the need for long term medication. Training as a nutritionist and now as an IC coach, she guides women on their own journeys to self-healing their symptoms.
