Raised in diverse cultural settings and through work on his family’s farms, Matteo developed a passion to grow Fescobalidi’s businesses from an early age. After earning his undergraduate degree at Regent’s University London and his Master’s at Grand Ecole ESCP in Italy and Germany, Matteo spent six years working in operations and private equity before accepting a position at Laudemio Frescobaldi, quickly establishing a production and commercial development plan. By implementing his business plan, Matteo sourced significant investments to fund new olive groves and structural enhancements to increase Laudemio production, while always maintaining the highest quality. Commercially, he established a dedicated team for the brand, affirming Laudemio Frescobaldi as the benchmark of extra virgin olive oil in the global fine foods industry.
