In this episode, Coach Meg Walker and Six Star Finisher David Yim discuss the legendary Boston Marathon, from the iconic Boston Finishers Jacket to winning your way up heartbreak hill. We'll also share some tips and advice for first-time runners, including tourist spots, travel and what to expect at the expo!David has run all six of the World Marathon Majors and Meg has run 21 marathons (5 World Marathon Majors), an ironman and has 2x Guinness World Records. They'll be sharing their insights and experiences, and will be answering your questions.So whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just starting, this episode is for you. We'll give you everything you need to know to help make Boston a trip to remember!
