How do I learn to let myself be cared for? I can be very loving and caring to others but as soon as other people do anything for me I get super anxious and want to run away. I don’t feel worthy of care and worry that if I accept support I will relax too much and they will let me down. This results in me holding people at a distance, being super independent and never really feeling like I can lean on other people. I want to have more... This is a heavy one.
