Our Deep Dive This week starts out with a conversation about the Inauguration. We evolve the conversation into a space where we call ourselves on our perceptions and talk about the differing perceptions of women and me in authority. In a non-political way we discuss Hillary Clinton as an example of what it is like surviving in a male dominated career path.

Our off the Rails this week is a follow up from last week. Edward tries on corduroys for the first time in over 25 years. It’s a humorous act of enlightenment and discovery as Edward relives some of his past but also reconciles who he is today.
