EP 524: Coaching Questions with Scott Pinyard & Shelley M.

In this month’s coaching questions, This Naked Mind head coach Scott Pinyard welcomes TNM coach Shelley Money. A lifestyle and relationship coach helping high achieving soul-led women in business have healthy relationships with everyone and everything in their lives. Join Shelley and Scott answer listener’s questions: Hello, here’s my problem. I’ve been in sales for almost 20 years. One of the things that trips me up when I try to quit drinking is going to a sales conference. There is so much drinking it feels like a non-stop party. I don’t really know how to function in those situations with alcohol and I usually end up drinking, even when I don’t want to. How do I break this cycle? Hi, I am a 37-year-old mom of two that is in the middle of getting her startup running. Life is absolutely nuts right now and I feel like the only thing that helps me keep it together is my nightly wine. But I know from being around This Naked Mind that wine isn’t actually helping. How do I get a clearer picture of what wine is actually doing to me instead of what I see it doing for me? Are you realizing that there’s something more? That you’re so excited about this change in your life - Maybe you’ve put down the bottle for good - and you just want to pay it forward. You want to help others in their moments of need move through that discomfort. You wonder what it would feel like to celebrate your own journey by paying it forward and giving back what you’ve been given. Now is the time to find out! Enrollment is now open for our coaching certification program with This Naked Mind Institute. In just six months, you can receive the training, the resources and tools you need to become our next certified coach. So that you can start your entrepreneurial journey or grow your already-existing business while helping thousands of others to find freedom, joy and happiness. If you’re hearing that little voice calling, that says, “you’re meant for so much more in this journey.” Then I invite you to leave your comfort zone behind and learn more about becoming a certified coach at ThisNakedMindInstitute.com. And as always, rate, review and subscribe to this podcast as it truly helps the message reach somebody who might need to hear it today.
