052: Can You Actually Recover From Anxiety, Panic Disorder, & Agoraphobia, and What Does Being Recovered Mean?

Sooo, is it actually possible to recover from anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia? Like for good? Well of course my short and sweet answer is... Yes, absolutely! But I created this episode because I know all too well how easy it is to question this idea and get sucked into the belief that it's not possible to recover.

In this episode, I help answer some of your questions, address your doubts, and address some of the messages out there that just aren’t helpful or true about recovery. I hope you walk away from this episode feeling much more clear (and hopeful) on why recovery IS absolutely possible, and what being recovered actually means!
