137: How to Stop a Panic Attack (Or Better Yet, How to Stop Them Long-Term)

Experiencing panic attacks and want them to stop? This episode is for you! (It's also for you if you aren't experiencing panic because you're doing everything to try to avoid them at all costs and your life feels pretty limited!)

Back when I was dealing with panic attacks, I tried everything to make them stop—breathing exercises, grounding practices, distraction techniques, you name it. While these things can provide short-term relief, they don't help you build trust and confidence in yourself or lead to long-term healing.

In this episode, I'm sharing how you can achieve long-term relief. I'll provide tips that will help relieve anxiety, prevent panic attacks, and stop them from appearing in the first place, bringing you the relief and freedom you deserve!
