We are the sum of many parts.

We have a part of us that wants us to change, and wants the best for us, and we all have a part that sabotages us. I've been exploring this in every coaching call in my NBT program, because if we aren't showing V2.0 behaviors -there's often a part of us that is blocking it.

This is why the area of eating is just so complex!
