Pelvic Floor Trainer

This week – to Nicole’s great chagrin – Lauren’s got them trying pelvic floor trainers. Do you dread an especially violent sneeze or a go on the trampoline? Many women post-childbirth (as well as during menopause) suffer from a weakened pelvic floor, which can often cause incontinence issues and leave many women feeling alone and embarrassed. Today, Nicole and Lauren have an honest discussion about the state of their pelvic floors and how they got on with the pelvic floor trainer. If you like what we do here and want to be part of the club, why not follow us on Twitter and Instagram @SelfCareClubPod.
