Today we're talking about how to prioritize your happiness over other people's expectations. I know it feels like a failure when you're it. You don't see a way out of it. It feels like you're just giving up. If you decide to go for the things that are bringing you happiness, but they are not what society wants of you. You CAN take steps to overcome this feeling, and I'm not going to tell you to "just do it" and then it's going to be all fine. It's consistent work; it's consistent transformational practices that are necessary to sustain happiness in the longterm. So how are we going to do it? Well, we're going to talk about the specifics in this video, and I want you to ask yourself this question, what is causing you more pain? What is more work? To do transformational work consistently and change your life for the better, so you feel alive, excited, and happy OR continue to live in the pain of knowing that you're playing by the rules that somebody else has set for you. Still, you know this is not what is rooted in your heart.
