Today we're talking about how to get over the fear of being rude. And you might ask yourself, what does that have to do with INFJ anxiety, and most of all, why should I even care? I'm friendly, but it's never really a problem. But we're not talking about how you act towards the nice neighbor lady. We're talking about how you're acting towards peers, your boss, family members, because specifically as INFJs, who lean into codependent tendencies, it happens very often that we have a distorted view of reality of what is normal behavior and what is considered rude. And once you understand this, once you get into it from a step above and you get to look at yourself, you get to re-examine it. And most of all, you get to feel good about your decisions.
