INFJ Life Coach Lesson: Today we're talking about the invisible INFJ. What is that all about? Is it about other people not seeing you, or is it about you feeling like you're invisible? Like your life is taking place somewhere outside of reality, like it isn't really happening. Not only others cannot see what you're experiencing and what you're creating; you yourself feel invisible. That's a typical INFJ thing. And the reason for that is our capacity to dissociate. Dissociation isn't inherently bad. It helps us a lot. When it comes to fulfilling long-term visions, we can detach from reality due to our introverted intuition and be able to hold onto something although reality doesn't show us that this is happening right now. This is one of the reasons why INFJs are so tenacious and why we're long-term visionaries because we not only have the idea, we also have the capacity to pull through. But on the other hand, why is it then something negative? Why is it something that we don't want? We don't want that because no matter what you achieve in your life, no matter if you're able to have an amazing career, if you have like a "perfect" relationship, all of this, is just on paper. But does that equate to you being happy? Well, most of us INFJs would say no. And this is one of the main breaking points that led me to change my life because although it was all great on paper, I was not able to experience happiness. And the reason for this is dissociation. The reason for this is that I was invisible to myself. I didn't experience any of that. It was all happening out of a blur. Now that I've studied this for so many years and I've used the method I am talking to you today in boot camp and with my coaching clients, I know it's possible to create a life that makes YOU happy, that makes YOU excited about your life - Your INFJ EPIC LIFE.
