Launne Kolla has wanted to save the planet and animals since she was young, which started by falling in love with manatees at a young age. A small town, prairie girl at heart, Launne followed her dreams and became a wildlife and marine biologist and self declared ‘bird nerd’.

As the co-founder and CEO of Re-Route, Launne and her husband, Dillon, are committed to redefining waste management practices and teaching others how to keep it simple when it comes to consuming less and saving more!
