Dr. Patel is a board-certified pediatrician, a lactation consultant in Columbus, Ohio, and mom of two. When she began her journey in medicine, her goal was simple: to help families keep their children healthy.

However, after practicing for over 10 years, she realized the traditional medical model often takes away valuable time that doctors could spend with their patients, leading to kids needing frequent visits and frustration for both physicians and families. This realization inspired her to create Thrive Pediatrics—a practice focused on providing better care through time, connection, and trust.

As a pediatrician and a mom, she deeply understands the desire parents have to give their children the best. She finds true joy in her work when she can connect with families, build trusting relationships, and empower them to raise thriving children. Partnering with families in this way is not just her profession—it’s her passion.
