From Hiding to Healing: Alcohol Freedom Coaching | E781

What if the discomfort you’re avoiding is the key to healing? Mary has been working on her relationship with alcohol but has kept it to herself out of fear of what others might think if she fails. When she tried to take a break before, she found herself drinking again and wasn’t sure how to make a lasting change. Meanwhile, Nancy spent years avoiding her emotions, turning to alcohol after overcoming an eating disorder.
