CPTSD - The Importance of Education for Mental Health, Changing the Narrative for the Better - Guest - JD from Dark Days Bright Nights Podcast

With my special guest JD (@nottodaynetwork) www.darkdaysbrightnights.org and host of "Dark Days Bright Nights" & "Fragile Moments" Podcasts, we discuss how educating people about mental health in every aspect is so very important as it will change it for the better, allow those who suffer from a mental illness today can feel safer and better about their lives and can believe that they can find the right help they need now and not be scared to speak out about their struggles in a society that for the most part still sees mental illness in a negative light.

Everyone struggles with mental health, some more than others and many we do not know about at all. Hopefully this podcast can help!, even if its just a little but every discussion that there is about mental health is a push in the right direction!
