The Integral Approach to Depression

In this episode, I discuss what an integral approach to depression looks like.

In short, any all-inclusive approach takes into account as many as factors as possible. Not just medicine, or genetics, or neuroscience, but all factors that affect the individual.

This differs wildly from our current approach to mental health, yet most of my suggestions are commonsense and even obvious.
