Declutter Your Motherhood, with Julie Fernandes

Declutter Your Motherhood, with Julie Fernandes

Motherhood will slap you in the face with some hard lessons. But do they really need to be that hard? It might be time to change your mind about motherhood.

Organization: it's not a hobby, it is a tool to help you be more present in all of your relationships (including the one with yourself). Kelly and Julie chat about how to simplify your home, identify what to stop doing (once you no longer have gobs of extra time & energy), and reject the "exhausted mom" myth that we are fed by social media. (And stop wasting time organizing! Knock it off right now; you don't have time for that).

My guest, Julie Fernandes, is an Occupational Therapist with a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She is a Motherhood Organization & Mindset coach, and mom to two little ones (with a third one on the way)!

Julie's passion is helping women and moms find lasting strategies that WORK for them in their motherhood, home and careers that promote a sense of calm, control and peace in their lives allowing them to find themselves again and regain their time after having kids. Follow Julie for more help getting organized and having fun in your motherhood journey:
