In this episode of the Mindful Movement Podcast, host Les Raymond welcomes Dr. Eric Osansky, a chiropractor, functional medicine practitioner, and thyroid health expert. Dr. Osansky is the founder of Save My Thyroid, a platform dedicated to helping people restore thyroid health through natural treatment methods. He graduated from Life College of Chiropractic in March of 1999 and began his chiropractic practice in Concord, North Carolina, in 2000. After practicing for 7.5 years, he sold his practice in 2008 and was diagnosed with Graves' disease. Using natural treatment methods, he successfully restored his health, which led him to focus his practice on helping others with thyroid and autoimmune thyroid conditions.

Dr. Osansky joins the podcast to discuss his journey through Graves' disease, the complexities of thyroid health, and how lifestyle, stress management, and functional medicine can help restore thyroid balance. He shares natural treatment methods for both hyperthyroid and hypothyroid conditions, along with insights on infertility, PMS, and menopause-related symptoms.
