190. 5 Powerful Things I Learned in My Relationship

There are soooo many lessons that I've learned from being in a relationship for just over a year now.

Firstly: if you think that once you get in a relationship, your triggers all pack up and head out the door…that's just not it. It is NOT IT, friend.

Secondly: If you want trust at the core of your relationship, you want to consider getting REALLY honest with yourself and your partner.
