48: The professor who taught me about the power of perception

This solo episode focuses on the power of perception and the stories that we tell ourselves as I share with you one of my most memorable interactions during a keynote that I delivered for an audience of college professionals. Often, we make assumptions on our limiting beliefs and our own self-doubts, and those assumptions couldn't be further from the truth. In this episode I offer up a few tips on how we can get out of our minds and into our bodies.
