How your intuition can help with body acceptance

In this episode we focus on intuition, including its definition and how we can use it when it comes to food and letting go of the diet voice. We will also examine how you can more easily tell the difference between your intuition and diet voice and will offer suggestions on how to practice using your intuition with respect to things like eating, picking an outfit, being in photos, etc. We will also look at the role intuition plays with body acceptance, body dysmorphia and how listening to your intuition can improve your mindset and your overall life.
