All parents & coaches need a neurodiversity eye with Diane McLean

Diane McLean is a bonafide legend of the ADHD coaching world. She's a pioneer of kid coaching and a champion of focusing on strengths rather than deficits. Now she's got that ADHD itch for the next challenge: to help coaches, leaders and parents understand why a neurodiversity lens matters.

Diane breaks down the fears parents face when raising ADHD kids and why believing them and meeting kids where they're at is so powerful. No two brains are alike, and we all benefit from understanding our unique brain wiring. Diane's on a mission to spread the word about strengths-based approaches, and how we can empowering ourselves to own and navigate our challenges. She believes all coaches have something to learn from the ADHD coaching world and the fine art of meeting individuals where they are. Diane shares tips on how to truly listen and wraps up with a discussion on being 'twice exceptional'.
