All world championships all the time — plus a pre-Kona update from Chelsea Sodaro

Ironman race announcer-rockstar Joanne Murphy is back from her three-country triathlon whirlwind—Belgium, Nice, and Wales—and gives us the vibe checks from the last men's Ironman World Championship in France.

Plus, why are the crowds so electric in places like Tenby, Wales and Jersey, in the Channel islands? What makes these races unforgettable?

It's a quick recap of the results from the weekend: Supertri Jersey, T100 Spain, Ironman Wales. And then it's all eyes forward on the epic Kona start list for the women's Ironman World Championship in October.

Chelsea Sodaro joins for an update after her last big Kona training block, and to chat about what she's been up to this year and why she's excited to be putting on a charity weekend bike & wine event in support of For All Mothers+. The team also goes deep on the question of postpartum training, and balancing triathlon with parenting.

Kelly also talks with mountain bike marathon national champ Hannah Otto ahead of the Xterra World Championships in Trentino, Italy this weekend. While she's a mountain bike racer and Leadville champ now, Hannah got her start in triathlon and has great advice for anyone looking to keep the fun, community, and excitement in their training.
