Recently, Jim prevailed in the trial of a Sarbanes Oxley Whistleblower case on behalf of the former CEO of Terraform Power Inc. and Terraform Global, Inc. and obtained a $34.5 million recovery for his client after the Court found the defendants were liable for unlawfully terminating their former CEO in retaliation for his whistleblowing activities.
