85: To Failure, Or Not to Failure, That is the Question

This weeks study is looking at if you should do resistance training to failure or just shy of failure. We have discussed this in the past doing max effort sets or just shy of max effort and it may be best to stop training to failure. Then we are each talking about out favorite ways to kill comfort. Killing comfort is not a new concept here, we love physical and mental toughness challenges. And this weeks workout may be one of the physically and mentally toughest ones we have, which is Broken Arrow.
