How many times a day do you get triggered?

Your heart starts racing, your breathing gets irregular, you feel like you want to fight or run or disappear.

That, my friend, is your fight/flight response and it's SUPER handy when you're being threatened by a gorilla enemy (you have to listen to understand this reference hahahaha!).

It's NOT super handy when you're just trying to feel better in your life, change some things for the better.

It is not good for your health or your life to be spending so much time feeling triggered...especially when the threat isn't even real.
