I STILL struggle with insecurity and doubt, but the other day I created a list of things I KNOW I'm great at, where I add value, and I'm telling you, you MUST do the same.   Take the time to list everything you know you're amazing at. Maybe you're a great listener, a great organizer,  a great friend, a great leader, or even a great driver.
