The third season of the podcast that unlocks the mental fitness tactics of elite sports professionals and high performance personas is coming soon – with new guests, a new co-host and new practical exercises we can all adopt in our daily lives. Listen out for a new episode of Mind Set Win dropping every Tuesday and Thursday with high performance personas including Xavi Simons, Liam Lawson, Saya Sakakibara, Kristian Blummenfelt and many more, all sharing the psychological approaches that have made all the difference in their careers. Host Lisa Ramuschkat is joined in Season 3 by Head of Mental Performance at the Red Bull Athlete Performance Center, York-Peter Klöppel, to offer expert insight and some valuable tips and takeaways we can incorporate into our everyday routines to help develop our mental strength.
