When was the last time you told yourself you loved yourself? If the answer is never or a very low number, then listen to this podcast. I talk about why it's important to tell yourself you love yourself, and why you should say it often. In most Hispanic families, like mine, we don't really even say I love you to each other. We know our parents love us, but they don't say it often. Break that cycle, call your loved ones, and tell them you love them. It's important to tell them and you, "I LOVE YOU." So look yourself in the mirror and say, "I LOVE YOU, I TRULY LOVE YOU." Keep doing it often and watch the power of this exercise.
