The show deliberately uses a slower pace in delivery as compared with a typical celebrity or tutor led podcast, In the Kitching ‘Hot Chair’ clients and students of the craft cease being parents, employees, husbands or wives for a while and become humans struggling with what others have been wrestling with for lifetimes. Sessions are typically an hour long, though sometimes, some sessions go longer; though they are edited to give you the best bits.
