Abiding in the Vine Part 3

In the final message of Abiding in the Vine, Steve brings the series to a powerful conclusion by turning to the book of Joshua and the fulfillment of God’s promises to His people.

Using Israel’s journey into the Promised Land as a living picture, Steve shows that God did not merely lead His people to the land. He enabled them to possess it, dwell in it, and rest in it. Again and again, Scripture declares that not one good thing failed of all the Lord had spoken. God was faithful in every promise.

This teaching emphasizes that abiding is not only about entering God’s blessings, but remaining there. Victory, rest, protection, and fruitfulness come from cleaving to the Lord, honoring His Word, and refusing to drift toward the ways and beliefs of the surrounding culture.

Steve issues a loving but firm warning to seasoned believers: do not grow careless, do not compromise, and do not loosen your grip on the truth. God’s Word is unchanging, His doctrine is singular, and His promises remain secure for those who stay attached to the true vine, Jesus Christ.

This closing message calls believers to finish strong, to remain faithful, and to continue abiding so their lives will bear lasting fruit for generations to come.
