People Who Work Out But Never Change: Scale Math and the Vibe Check Trap

People Who Work Out But Never Change: Scale Math and the Vibe Check Trap

Most of you are not training just for vibes. You are training because you believe something should change fast. Then when it does not, you get disappointed fast.

In this episode I break down why your workouts change nothing even after years: the expectation gap, the brutal scale math, your body paying you back, the ledger problem (burn vs intake), and the way we worship one number like it is a god. Then I give you the fix: define “change” in one sentence, test yourself, pick one scoreboard, pick one overload method, and lock a weekly guaranteed victory you can repeat.

If you want change, you need receipts, not feelings.
