Feel the surface supporting you – maybe it's a chair, a cushion, or your bed. Notice how your body makes contact with that surface, creating a foundation of stability. [PAUSE] Take a deep breath in through your nose, and as you exhale, let your shoulders soften. Imagine you're releasing a layer of tension with each breath – like leaves gently falling from a winter branch, drifting away effortlessly. [PAUSE] [Main Practice] Today, we're going to explore what I call the "Ocean Breath" technique. Imagine your breath as waves – sometimes gentle, sometimes more pronounced, but always moving with a natural rhythm. Begin by breathing normally, just observing the natural flow of your breath. [PAUSE] Now, start to lengthen your inhales and exhales slightly. Picture the breath moving like waves – rolling in as you inhale, rolling out as you exhale. [PAUSE] With each inhale, imagine drawing in calm, healing energy. With each exhale, let go of anything that doesn't serve you right now. [PAUSE] Some waves might feel larger, some smaller – and that's perfectly okay. There's no perfect way to breathe, only your way.
