Recruit Reflections - Rachael Tracy Gardner (CGA Head Coach)

We are so grateful to be joined by Rachael Tracy Gardner, the head coach at Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy, where she coaches Levels 8 through Elite. She joins us to talk about all things recruiting from the perspective of a club coach, covering everything from athletes receiving recruiting mail to navigating the natural feelings of jealousy among teammates, how she handles college coaches coming into the gym to watch practice, whether she lets her personal opinions be known to her athletes, and how she got into coaching and grew up in the sport as the daughter of the very well-known coach Mary Lee Tracy.
