Josh Duggar Says He NEVER Wrote His Own Confession

When Josh Duggar was fifteen, his parents found out what he'd done to five girls, four of them his own sisters. They didn't call the police. They took him to a family acquaintance who happened to be an Arkansas state trooper, who gave the boy a talk and sent him home. No report. No agency notified. Under Arkansas law, that trooper was legally required to report it, and didn't. The quiet handling ran out the clock, and by the time real police investigated, it was too late to charge him.

The trooper his parents trusted is now serving fifty-six years in an Arkansas prison for the same category of crime.

That was the first thing ever built to stand between Josh Duggar and consequences, and he walked straight through it. The pattern never stopped. A hidden partition to blind the accountability software his wife was reading. And now, from a cell in Ohio, a 2025 motion that asks a federal court to un-write the confession the entire country read in 2015. He says television producers wrote it, not him.

In that same filing, he pulls his sisters in one more time, listing the exposure of their records as a wrong done to him. He walks out February 2, 2033.
