Welcome back to Squares and Circles! The podcast where we turn growing pains, into life gains. Happy 2025! This year we are changing things up and making it all a bit more personal...

In this episode, join me as I talk about:

- My victim complex, how I realized that I have one, what it stems from (and the Mommy issues that came with it), and how I aim to stop it from affecting my life and relationships.

- The 'All or Nothing' paradox that I thought I had already healed myself from, but has come back to bite me in the a** harder than ever this year! I talk about how I feel about it and the steps I am going to take to work towards a healthier, more balanced and less binary lifestyle.

- My current read of Florence Givens 'Women Living Deliciously'. My opinions on it, how it has changed my life and the lessons I have taken away from it, as well as how I am going to use those lessons to level up my life to become the best, most confident and authentic version of myself!

There are talks of romance, self-love, self-hate, relationship problems, and so much more- its been a world wind of a week!
