Caleb Flynn Trial Day 3: Jill Smith Says Daughter Feared Telling WHAT?!

Caleb Flynn is on trial on charges including aggravated murder in the death of his wife, Ashley Flynn. Officer Will Roberts testified that Caleb voluntarily provided DNA, fingerprints, and clothing around noon on February 16, but Roberts was not asked to collect a gunshot-residue sample. Ashley’s mother, Jill Smith, described a marriage she believed had become strained in the final six months. Smith also testified about Caleb’s account of hearing dog collars, checking on the girls, then hearing a gunshot. Later, she said one daughter was afraid to tell investigators the truth.
