In this episode I (Fahim Waaler) am talking with the one and only Anita Toth about churn crushing, Customer Success and Retention strategies. Anita is someone who needs no introduction, she is well known in the Customer Success Community and it has been a pleasure having her on the podcast to share her expertise with the Nordic and Norwegian Community!


Anita hasn't always been a churn crusher, her background comes from a University setting with 14 years experience working in a research institute in one of Canada's leading universities. That experience with qualitative research soon proved to be a huge asset in working with SaaS companies, helping them reduce churn and accelerate revenue.
