Joker 2 Digital Release Date Announced Amid Box Office Struggles

The much-anticipated sequel to the Oscar-winning Joker has made headlines again, but not necessarily for the reasons fans might have hoped. Joker: Folie à Deux, starring Joaquin Phoenix as Arthur Fleck and Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn, hit theaters on October 4, but has since struggled both critically and at the box office. However, audience reactions have been less forgiving. The movie earned a rare D CinemaScore from opening day audiences, a tough blow for a film of this caliber.
