#008 – Guided Meditation with Louise Baker

In this episode, of Mad with the Menopause, Anél is joined by Louise Baker, who is an Applied Neuroscience Specialist, with nearly a decade of experience in applying neuroscience insights.

It’s a passion of Louise’s to help others and most recently, Louise has been instrumental in developing ‘Vital AI’, an, AI-powered meditation app, that offers personalized guidance and support for your mental well-being.

It uses your preferences to generate real-time meditation sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals.

As we head into the Festive Season, we could all do with a little bit of zen, and so in today’s episode, Louise will be guiding us through a short meditation session, which I hope you find helpful.

ABOUT THE HOST:

Anel’s passion to help others, is evident from her professional life, having worked extensively within Recruitment, Human Resources and the Third Sector.

This passion is predominately the inspiration for her podcast.

Blindsided by the perimenopause, when it took hold with a vengeance at the start of Lockdown, Anél is fiercely passionate about raising more awareness of the perimenopause, menopause and post menopause, and will tackle many taboo subjects head on, as she is a strong believer in ‘knowledge is power’.
