47. Overcoming Addiction + Connecting To Your Spiritual Power w/ Sahra Laird

In this episode of UB I am joined by Life Coach, Spiritual Healer, Intuitive Empath (+ so much more), Sahra Laird.

From the moment I met Sahra she felt like a breath of fresh air. She was immediately warm and you could tell she was so authentic which we love around here!! Then, I later heard about her struggle with addiction and I was like “damn, I NEED her wisdom and voice on the podcast”. & here we are!!

Addiction is a sensitive topic and Sahra takes the time to share her own journey with addiction + some of the things she’s learned along the way.
