We're Back B*tches #4: Live Kona Preview Show with Daniela Ryf

The Queen is back — but this time, she’s not racing.

Sara and Kelly catch up with 10-time world champion Daniela Ryf, who’s traded her dominance on the race course for a full plate of new roles — from launching a documentary about life after sport, to running her foundation in Kenya, to working with Felt and a fitness tech startup.

Daniela opens up about:

How much (or little) she's training in between so many projects now
The mission behind the Daniela Ryf Foundation and her work in Kenya
How she’s still channeling her inner competitor in “real life” work
Her advice for athletes racing in Kona

And, of course, she revisits that legendary jellyfish year — how she pushed through pain, found focus, and turned what could have ended her race into one of the greatest Kona comebacks ever.
